Order confirmation and shipment tracking

If you did place an order on our webstore you should have or will receive a confirmation email which includes the invoice that states what you purchased alongside some additional information. After we have received your order we prioritize processing it as soon as we can. After we manually processed your order you should receive an email from our carrier PostNL regarding the tracking of your order. If you did not receive either the invoice or an email from PostNL and you are sure you should have then please do not restrain yourself from reaching out to us at [email protected]. From there on out we will manually help you solve the problem(s).

Delivery lost or delayed

It is unfortunate when you have to wait for your order to come in and you find out something happened during its travel to your address. Sometimes these delays occur naturally outside of our domain of control; especially during busy times of the year (holidays etcetera) we do however expect your products to arrive within the next few days of your order coming through. If you did not receive any updates about your purchase after five days please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can get in touch and resolve the problems at hand.

Modifying your order after paying

If you want to modify your already placed order and you did not yet receive an email from PostNL then the odds are we can still change your existing order before it goes out; modifying existing orders may also entail the undoing of said order. Ordered products do not work as expected

It is of course unfortunate when your product do not work as you expected they would, it does not matter whether it comes straight out of the box, or it starts having issues after a few weeks instead. Because of this probability being a thing we got you covered! With the three month warranty we give to you a wide range of problems will be resolved for free. All you have to do is reach out to our support at [email protected] with your order id which should be in the invoice sent upon purchase. I want to return my order

Whatever your reason may be for wanting to return your order and request a refund by doing so, we got you covered. All of the orders placed grant the placer of said order a fourteen day period during which they may return the products back to us. This implies that from the day the product has landed in your hands you are granted fourteen days to start a return request with us. Once the request is ongoing you will have an additional fourteen days to ensure the products get back accordingly. How long a return and or refund usually takes

As soon as you have let us know you would like to return or cancel your order we will get to work as soon as we can. In case your order has not been shipped yet we may be able to withhold the shipment as a whole and return the refund that very same day. If however your order is already in transit or at the delivery address then you must first return to us the products in question. We can then evaluate them and if all checks off (Condition is equal to what it was sold as) we will send you your refund within the following 72 hours.

Where our second-hand products are derived from

The products we sell come from a variety of sources. Though it varies from time to time we primarily derive our product from startups and well established corporations which indirectly translates to: anywhere where the product is we are going to be present. When we obtain the product from our source we perform thorough cleaning, testing and fixing where needed to ensure the refurbished product is as near to new as possible. We do not have a specific list of companies right now but may in the future establish one for the o' mighty curious minded.

Delivery times

When you place an order you are going to receive an invoice; when this invoice has been received it indicates our system has processed your request. at this point it is up to us to pick up on your processed request. This usually takes about one to two days at most with the obvious exceptions such as holidays, in which case you will receive a notification to ensure you are aware of the behind the scenes too. When we finally processed the order and handed it over to our carrier PostNL it usually takes one to three days for products to arrive at the designated address. For exact information regarding the status of your package(s) you will want to refer to the email PostNL sent you, this email contains your very own track and trace information. All orders made through this site and its webstores are shipped from the Netherlands.

If you encounter a product in our catalog you would like to experience first-hand before making the purchase then we got you covered. My warrranty expired: What now?

The majority of our products fall under the category of second hand products, which as a standard comes with a three month warranty period. If you happen to encounter problems with your products outside of this period or if you would like to extend the warranty period before you reach the end of its lifetime, please reach out to our support at [email protected].

Desires for out of stock products

If a product you are looking for or a product you added to cart ended up being no longer in stock feel free to let us know for we are willing to obtain the product in question if feasible. We may still have something in stock which has not been listed yet or sometimes shipments come in right as said product goes out of stock.
